For the practice team
Keep intake, exams, lab work, dispensing, and recall in a shared rhythm.
Now taking its first practices in Guyana.
◉ Practice operations, brought into focus
Chazonix runs an optical practice end to end — intake and exams, lab orders, insurance claims printed on each insurer’s own form, stock and recalls — built for Guyana and the Caribbean, on your practice’s own data.

Your practice is not a collection of forms. It is a chain of moments: a patient arrives, a team member listens, an optician examines, a lab responds, and someone makes sure the patient comes back.
Chazonix connects those moments so the right person can see what matters and know what to do next.
One calm view across patients, people, stock, and follow-up.
Role-based handoffs that keep responsibility visible.
Signals for the decisions that shape a stronger practice.
A glimpse inside the operating layer
Chazonix brings the moving pieces together without asking your team to become analysts.
◉ What’s inside
Built with an optician, for the way Caribbean practices work: branches, local insurers, the Ministry of Health, and patients who come back.
Intake, acuity, lensometry, refraction, eye pressure and the front and back of the eye in one record, with twelve conditions graded confirmed, suspect or ruled out, referrals, and an Rx slip that carries the prescribing doctor’s signature.
Each order carries its lens type, PDs and heights, goes to your lab by WhatsApp or email from the order itself, and is followed stage by stage to collection, where the patient signs for it.
Claims printed onto each insurer’s own form — Assuria, GTM, NALICO and Demerara Mutual — with anything missing named before it prints.
Voucher capture, MoH forms and GOG invoices, kept with the visit they belong to.
Families linked, with who may see or book for whom recorded — and an adult’s own consent before anything clinical is shared.
Recalls that come due by themselves, and a schedule that knows each provider’s hours at each branch.
Inventra, the stock app, answers “is it on the shelf here?” from inside the order, holds a frame for its order until it is collected, and follows stock between branches.
An order written in lines, with discounts, the insurer’s share and VAT when you switch it on; every payment kept with the reference its method needs, such as a card’s approval code or an MMG transaction ID, and refunds as their own kind.
The day’s takings counted without seeing what is expected, then checked by a second person, who records how they checked it.
Each terminal knows its branch. Glasses made for one branch can be collected at another, which tells the patient on WhatsApp in its own name.
Revenue and capture rate, operations, a clinical overview, doctor summaries and Ministry of Health reports, with an audit log of who did what.
Prescriptions, order status, questions and change requests for your patients — switched on when your practice is ready.

◉ Security and your data
Chazonix is built so that a practice’s patient records never sit with us. Here is what that means, plainly.
Records live in your practice’s own Google Sheet or Cloudflare database: one for each practice, never shared with another. Chazonix holds no copy.
Everyone signs in as themselves, and their role decides what they see and can change. Changes are written to an audit log, with who made them and when, on your backend.
Passwords are checked by the sign-in service and never stored in the browser, and changes go through a signed session that your own backend checks for itself.
A terminal keeps patient details only for a reason and a set time: work your backend has not yet accepted, and a copy for working through an outage, which you can switch off. Both are deleted on a timer.
The built-in assistant is never given patient records. It writes recall messages as templates that are filled in on your device, and a question carrying a known patient’s details is stopped before it leaves.
Export the whole practice whenever you want, and move between a Google Sheet and Cloudflare without losing a record.
Every page carries security headers and an enforced content security policy, every script from outside is pinned to an exact version and checked against its hash, and the fonts come from chazonix.com, not Google.
✦ Switching to Chazonix
Moving a practice is work. These are the parts Chazonix does for you.
Your practice’s backend is created with you, on your own Google or Cloudflare account, and your branches, staff and labs are added.
Import patients from a spreadsheet, and undo an import that went wrong.
Inventra reads a supplier’s spreadsheet, matches its columns, and suggests each product’s kind for a person to confirm.
Rx slips, lab orders and receipts print from the first day, so the team can work alongside paper while it learns.
And if you ever leave, there are no patient records to hand back: they are already on your account.
✦ A patient journey, not a pile of screens
The details change from practice to practice. The need for a clear journey does not.

— Product principleA few useful answers
Chazonix is being shaped with the realities of optical practice in mind. Tell us what your day looks like.
email us ↗Chazonix is designed for independent optical practices and growing branch teams that want patient care, stock, and follow-up to stay connected.
Not yet in daily use. Chazonix runs a practice end to end, and every release passes thousands of automated checks before it reaches this site. The first practices will set it up with us, and what they need will shape what comes next.
Yes. The product is designed to begin with a single practice and evolve toward a managed multi-practice setup as your operating needs grow.
On your practice’s own backend — a Google Sheet or a Cloudflare database in your practice’s own account — visible to the staff you give accounts to. Chazonix does not hold a copy.
It depends on where your records live. A Google Sheet holds roughly 22,000 patient visits, about six years at 300 visits a month. A Cloudflare database holds about 20,000 on Cloudflare’s free plan and about 400,000 on its US$5-a-month plan, which is decades for most practices. Your branches share one store, and you can move from a Sheet to Cloudflare at any time without losing anything. These are estimates; your own figure is clear after your first month.
Each terminal keeps an offline copy of this month’s appointments, recent patients and open lab orders, so the desk can look people up, book, raise lab orders and print the day’s list while the connection is down. Everything done offline is sent when it returns, and a banner names what is still waiting. Once the app has been opened online on a device, it opens there offline too.
The product direction is grounded in Guyanese and Caribbean optical workflows, including branch work, Ministry of Health voucher capture, local claims, labs, and patient follow-up.
